Authorized dealer — not a workaround
Mul-T-Lock's high-security platforms are designed so that keys can only be duplicated by authorized dealers using the correct equipment and key control protocols. There's a reason for that — it's the only way to maintain the integrity of the system's security over time.
We are an authorized Mul-T-Lock dealer operating the official KC5™ cutting machine. Every key we cut is done under the system's key control standards — with proper authorization verification and record-keeping. If you've had keys cut elsewhere on a Mul-T-Lock system, there's a good chance they were cut on an unauthorized machine or from a substitute blank. We can assess the system and advise.

The KC5™ machine — why it matters
The Mul-T-Lock KC5™ is the official cutting machine for high-security Mul-T-Lock key systems. It's not available to the general public — only authorized dealers can operate it. Keys cut on this machine are guaranteed to meet Mul-T-Lock's dimensional tolerances, ensuring smooth operation and full engagement of all security elements.
Keys cut on aftermarket machines or from substitute blanks introduce dimensional variance that degrades performance over time and — more importantly — may not engage all security mechanisms correctly, compromising the protection the system was designed to provide.

Can't make it to the store? We offer secure pickup and delivery for Mul-T-Lock key duplication across the Upper West Side. We pick up your key, cut it on the KC5™ machine in-store under proper key control, and drop it back off at your door.
